New Jersey's best answer on what this mysterious bird skull might be

2021-12-13 18:23:23 By : Ms. Yao Tom

Earlier this week, I asked you to help what this skull in my parents’ yard might belong to.

If you missed it, this is what we are working on.

This frightened me, so I would love to get the answer, and of course you provided the answer. Whether they are serious or joking, please know that I am very grateful for your help.

Here are some of your best responses:

This seems to be the most popular answer, so I guess it is the correct answer. So thank you!

I must admit that I am relieved to know that this is not some kind of demon bird skull monitoring my parents' home, but I still have a lot of questions about how this blue bird came here.

Seriously, where is the rest of its body? ? ? I digress...

Now some of your joking answers.

Very good answer. The Jersey Bird is not enough in the spotlight, it needs more recognition. Although the jersey bird has appeared in my house many times, this is not the case.

Considering that "Jurassic Park" is my favorite movie, this reaction is very close in my heart. A few people threw it on Facebook and Twitter, boy, I am very grateful.

"Murphy Bird-it was taxed to death"

Tribute to Facebook user Pete L. and thank him for his contribution. Considering that Governor Phil Murphy cares little about how taxes affect ordinary New Jerseys (he said so much), it would not be surprising if someone (or even a bird) was taxed to death.

"A dead man"

Ladies and gentlemen, the "most obvious comment" award is awarded... (drums, please)... *tip cymbals*... Eric T. on our Facebook page!

He was awarded for commenting on the performance of "A dead one" when answering questions. Super useful, I don't know! (Just kidding, Eric, you are a good sport!)

All of this is to say "Thank you for all your input" to the mystery of the Moore family! Although we may not sleep more peacefully because this bird sacrifice looks at us, we at least have the answer.
